What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Why might my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be expired. Check that your card has not exceeded its validity date.
- The card's limit may have been reached. Contact your bank to ensure the card has not exceeded the allowed amount for purchases.
- Some entered data may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all required fields.

Can I get an invoice addressed to my company?

Yes. You just need to send us an email requesting it to pedidos@unonueveocho.es

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For Visa and Mastercard payments, only Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is linked to the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
