Buying at UNONUEVEOCHO.ES is very simple. You just have to follow these steps:

View the product(s) you are interested in. With one click, you will get an enlarged photo to see details and the back of the product, composition, available sizes, reference, and price.
Select an item and add it to the cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Choose a shipping method.

Confirm the order.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
SHIPPING
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc. - never at a post office box or citybox) or at the UNONUEVEOCHO store.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country? Yes
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping type.
1) In-store pickup: At the 198 physical store, 4-5 business days. You will receive an email when it is available in-store.
2) Home delivery: 48-72 business hours on the Iberian Peninsula. SHIPPING COST ONLY €5.95. FREE for orders equal to or greater than €59*. (*Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
3) Outside the Peninsula: 10-15 business days. FROM €20 TO €40.
You will receive your shipping code when the package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of NACEX, the shipping company (which we will have sent you by email and SMS) to contact NACEX, the courier company, directly.
Remember, if you have not received your package in the Peninsula within 7 business days, use the NACEX tracking number to locate it and arrange a new delivery time. Most likely, they tried to deliver and you were not home. They will try again.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Do I have to pay anything to request an exchange?
IT'S FREE AND HOME DELIVERY! . One size exchange can be made completely free of charge. (Only on the Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
What is the deadline for making an exchange or return?
The deadline for any exchange is 30 days, although if there are periods with excessive workload and we take time to respond, we extend it so you can make your exchange; for a return, the deadline is 14 days, once the shipping confirmation email has been received. If the error was ours, the deadline never expires.
How can I make a size exchange?

If the size you needed is no longer available, there's no choice but to change the product. You need to send an email to pedidos@unonueveocho.es indicating the order reference, the item to be exchanged, and what the new item and size are. (Only Peninsula and Balearic Islands) THE PRICE DIFFERENCE CAN BE REFUNDED TO YOU, you can pay only the difference if the new item is more expensive or you can keep the money in a voucher that never expires :)

Can I exchange or return any item?
You can exchange your purchase FREE of charge (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands) as long as they are in perfect condition. We will arrange to send you the new item and collect the old one free of charge, or if you prefer a refund, that is also possible, but in this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer, as you must send the item to our warehouses in any way you prefer so that we can process the refund to your account (always within the 14 calendar day period).
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, we will take care of arranging the collection of the item.
The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent. They must retain their original packaging, labels, guarantees, etc.
Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged.
