All data is processed directly by PayPal, so that “Revolt Clothing 198” can always offer the highest transparency, security, and confidentiality in the transaction.

-> In-store pickup

“Revolt Clothing 198” offers you the option to pick up your order at our facilities, located at C/ Palma, 76 – 28015, Madrid, Spain. Shipping conditions: Shipments will be made to:

• Peninsular Spain

• Balearic Islands

• Canary Islands

• Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping will be done by the express courier company Nacex*. *(Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Shipping will be free for orders over €59 in Peninsula and Balearic Islands. In other cases, the shipping cost will be:

•  Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €5.95 - 48/72h (working days)
•  Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €17.99 - 7/10 calendar days.
• Foreign: Consult, depending on postal code - 7/10 calendar days.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preferred delivery time, you can indicate it in the order comments and we will try to comply (to the extent of the transport company's route and schedule possibilities).

Delivery Times

The delivery time is shown during the purchase process and implies your acceptance of it.

In case of non-compliance with delivery times, you must indicate an additional period appropriate to the circumstances that caused the initial delay. If we are also unable to deliver the goods within that additional period, you may terminate the contract. This also applies if the delivery period is essential in light of all circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract, or if you have informed us, before the purchase, that delivery by a specific date or on a specific date is essential. In such cases, you may terminate the contract immediately.

Por medio de su aceptación, el Usuario manifiesta que ha leído, entiende y comprende lo aquí expuesto y que asume todas sus obligaciones. Formas de pago

“Revolt Clothing 198” dispone de diversas modalidades de pago:

• Contra reembolso (pago al recibir el pedido)

A continuación, especificamos las condiciones para cada una de estas formas de pago.

-> Contra reembolso (pago al recibir el pedido)

En esta modalidad de pago, pagarás al repartidor al recibir el pedido en tu casa. Este método de pago conlleva un gasto adicional del 4,99€ sobre el precio del pedido, debido a la comisión de la empresa de paquetería.

-> Tarjeta de crédito o débito

El pago mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito se realiza a través de la pasarela de pago seguro de la entidad bancaria. Mediante esta modalidad de pago, “Revolt Clothing 198” nunca recoge ni manipula ningún dato del cliente relativo a su número de tarjeta. Todos los datos son tratados directamente por la entidad bancaria, de forma que “Revolt Clothing 198” siempre pueda ofrecer la mayor seguridad, transparencia y confidencialidad en la transacción.

Realiza el pago con tu cuenta de PayPal. Mediante esta modalidad de pago, “Revolt Clothing 198” nunca recoge ni manipula ningún dato bancario. Todos los datos son tratados directamente por Paypal, de forma que “Revolt Clothing 198” siempre pueda ofrecer la mayor transparencia, seguridad y confidencialidad en la transacción.

“Revolt Clothing 198” te ofrece la opción de recoger tu pedido en nuestras propias instalaciones, situadas en C/ Palma, 76 – 28015, Madrid, España. Condiciones de envío: Se realizarán envíos a:

• España Peninsular

• Islas Baleares

• Islas Canarias

• Ceuta y Melilla

El envío se hará por la empresa de mensajería urgente Nacex*. *(Península y Baleares)

El porte será gratuito en pedidos superiores a 59€ en Península y Baleares. En el resto de los casos, el precio del porte será de:

•  Península y Baleares: 5,95€ - 48/72h (laborables)
•  Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: 17,99€ - 7/10 días naturales.
• Extranjero: Consultar, según código postal - 7/10 días naturales.

La empresa de mensajería entrega habitualmente en horario comercial, así que, si tienes alguna preferencia de horario para la entrega, puedes indicárnosla en el comentario del pedido y se tratará de cumplir (en la medida de las posibilidades de ruta y horario de la empresa de transportes).

Plazos de entrega

El plazo de entrega se muestra durante el proceso de compra, y supone la aceptación del mismo por tu parte.

En caso de incumplimiento de plazos de entrega, deberás indicarnos un plazo adicional adecuado a las circunstancias que provocaron el retraso inicial. En caso de que tampoco podamos entregar el bien en dicho plazo adicional, podrás resolver el contrato. En caso de que el plazo de entrega sea esencial a la vista de todas las circunstancias que concurran en la celebración del contrato o cuando nos hayas informado, antes de la compra, de que es esencial la entrega antes de una fecha determinada o en una fecha determinada. En tales casos, podrás resolver el contrato de inmediato.

In any case, if the contract is terminated, the amounts paid will be fully reimbursed.

If the User purchases a product that has not yet been released, but already has a launch date, the shipping times will be provisional and subject to change, and will depend on the number of units per product that suppliers have available at any given time. IMPORTANT: In general, we are not responsible for the non-fulfillment or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure (lockdown due to a state of alarm, for example), natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc. Should any incident arise, we will contact you to resolve it.

Prices, taxes, fees, and duties

Prices are expressed in Euros. The prices of "Revolt Clothing 198" products may vary, but any possible changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

The final price of purchased products may vary depending on the applicable taxes in each case, or depending on the shipping address and buyer's profile (private individual or professional). For informational purposes, except for those activities not subject to or exempt from VAT, the following taxes will apply to items on our website:

The RRP of items with a shipping address to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands includes VAT.

On the other hand, the RRP of items with a shipping address to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla does NOT include VAT, as the operation is treated as an export. The price indicated for each item is the final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities. "Revolt Clothing 198" will not be responsible for the DUA or for import costs and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees, or duties generated at the destination customs, if applicable. Account and service cancellation, termination, and blocking

User accounts are not deleted due to lack of use. The User can unsubscribe by requesting it from the staff of "Revolt Clothing 198", by sending an email to pedidos@unonueveocho.es or through their account profile.

In case of non-payment of an order, it may be temporarily suspended until the non-payment situation has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days pass, "Revolt Clothing 198" may proceed to cancel the order.

"Revolt Clothing 198" reserves the right to block access to the User's account without prior notice (or directly delete the User's account), if it is used illegally or violates the obligations and rules established herein, which will be communicated by email. The blocking or deletion of the User's account will have no effect on the obligation to pay for purchased products, if applicable.

At "Revolt Clothing 198" we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations.

IMPORTANT: No exchanges are allowed to the Canary Islands or abroad.

Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

A. The product is incorrect, has a defect, or has been damaged during transport:

We pay close attention to ensuring that all our shipments are made correctly. If, even so, you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve it. Before opening the product, verify that the packaging matches what you ordered: color, size, finish, etc.

Furthermore, if the received products have any defect or damage, we will respond to non-conformities as set out in the "Guarantees" section within these sales conditions.

When the product has been damaged during transport, it is necessary to inform us and, if possible, note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

Products must be returned protected, enclosed in a box or protective bag. "Revolt Clothing 198" provides the buyer with a transport company for the collection of the merchandise, completely free of charge. If you wish to return the merchandise with a transport company other than that proposed by "Revolt Clothing 198", and the selected transport company offers higher rates, you must assume the difference in transport cost.

B. Withdrawal:

We don't want you to keep anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, and provided that you are a buyer of an item for private use, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you can return the product, provided that it is not a digital product that has started to download.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been checked, using the same payment method used in the purchase and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that "Revolt Clothing 198" manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the 14-day period will begin to run from the moment "Revolt Clothing 198" has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from its receipt.

The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be admitted, among other cases, in the following:

• The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly (usually those with an expiry date of less than one month).

• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Guarantees

Except for those that, by their nature, are excluded from consumer goods warranty regulations, and provided that the buyer makes private use, all our products are guaranteed nationwide against manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase (or delivery date, if later), or one year if the item is not new.

We will be responsible for non-conformities, of which the buyer must inform us within two months of becoming aware of them.

If the defect or lack of conformity arises within the first 2 years from the delivery of the item, it is presumed that the defect or lack of conformity already existed when the product was invoiced (or delivered, if later), i.e., that there is an original or factory defect in the product, unless we can demonstrate that the defect or lack of conformity is not original, but is due, for example, to improper use or maintenance by the buyer.

Furthermore, if the defect or lack of conformity arises after 2 years, the presumption that the defect is from the factory does not exist.

In case of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be completely free of charge for the buyer (including transport costs, if any).

Therefore, defects and deteriorations caused by external events, accidents, use not in accordance with our instructions or those of the manufacturer (incorrect use) or normal wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Also, products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by "Revolt Clothing 198", as well as products that are subject to a specific contract. In these cases, the consumer must bear the cost of their repair.

By regulation, and unless proven otherwise, products will be understood to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements set out below:

a) They conform to the description given and possess the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.

b) They are fit for the purposes for which similar products are ordinarily intended.

c) They show the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
